الرئيس السيسى: انتقال الحكومة للعاصمة الإدارية بمثابة تطوير شامل للجهاز الإدارى

وجه الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى، بالمتابعة الدورية الدقيقة لمختلف الأعمال الإنشائية والمشروعات بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وصولاً للانتهاء منها وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المحددة، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة ووفق أحدث النظم التكنولوجية في هذا المجال، بما يجعل من انتقال الحكومة للعاصمة الإدارية بمثابة تطوير شامل للجهاز الإداري بالدولة، بما في ذلك تأهيل العاملين وتدريب الكوادر الحكومية على استخدام الأساليب العلمية الحديثة في الإدارة، وتقييمهم وفق منهج علمي لانتقاء أفضل العناصر، فضلاً عن استكمال كافة جوانب البنية الرقمية والمعلوماتية الخاصة بالحي الحكومي للعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، والوقوف على أداء وجاهزية مختلف مكوناتها واختبارها قبل الانتقال الفعلي، ايذاناً ببدء عصر جديد من الاعتماد على جهاز إداري حديث وكفء وفعال، وذلك في الإطار العام لبناء الدولة المصرية الحديثة.

جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اليوم الثلاثاء، مع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتور محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة، والدكتور عمرو طلعت وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والدكتور عاصم الجزار وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، واللواء أمير سيد أحمد مستشار رئيس الجمهورية للتخطيط العمراني، واللواء محمد أمين مستشار رئيس الجمهورية للشئون المالية، والمهندس أحمد زكي عابدين رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وعبد المنعم التراس رئيس الهيئة العربية للتصنيع، واللواء أ.ح إيهاب الفار رئيس الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة، واللواء أ.ح بكر عبد الوهاب مدير إدارة الإشارة للقوات المسلحة، واللواء أكرم الجوهري مدير إدارة نظم المعلومات للقوات المسلحة.

وصرح السفير بسام راضى، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن الاجتماع تناول استعراض الموقف التنفيذي للبنية الأساسية الخاصة بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، بما تشمله من مرافق، وطرق ومحاور داخلية، وكذلك المجمعات السكنية الرئيسية والحي الحكومي.

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi directed the careful periodic follow-up of the various construction works and projects in the New Administrative Capital, in order to complete them according to the specified timetables, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with the latest technological systems in this field, which makes the government’s move to the administrative capital a comprehensive development of the apparatus. The administrative staff in the country, including qualifying workers and training government cadres to use modern scientific methods in management, and evaluating them according to a scientific approach to select the best elements, as well as completing all aspects of the digital and informational infrastructure of the government district of the new administrative capital, and checking the performance and readiness of its various components and testing them before The actual transition, marking the beginning of a new era of reliance on a modern, efficient and effective administrative apparatus, within the general framework of building the modern Egyptian state.

This came during President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s meeting today, Tuesday, with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed, Presidential Adviser The Republic for Urban Planning, Major General Muhammad Amin, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Financial Affairs, Engineer Ahmed Zaki Abdeen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Administrative Capital Company, Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Major General A.H. Ihab Al-Far, Head of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, and Major General A.H. Bakr Abdel Wahab, Director of the Signal Department of the Armed Forces, and Major General Akram El Gohari, Director of the Information Systems Department of the Armed Forces.

Ambassador Bassam Radi, official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that the meeting dealt with a review of the executive position of the infrastructure of the New Administrative Capital, including its facilities, roads and internal axes, as well as the main residential complexes and the government district.
