الشركة الصينية المُنفذة لناطحات و ابراج العاصمة الادارية انتقلت الى مشروع منطقة داون تاون العلمين بالساحل الشماليالمنطقة بتشمل انشاء ممر مائي ضخم بداية من بحيرات العلمين الشرقية الى البحيرات الغربية و تحويل المنطقة الى “جزيرة العلمين” بخلاف تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من منطقة الأبراج السكنية واللي بتشمل تنفيذ 4 ناطحات بارتفاع 200م داخل الجزيرة و برج بارتفاع 300م بيطل عليهممقرر تسليم المشروع يونيو 2024.

The Chinese company executing the skyscrapers and towers of the administrative capital has moved to the Downtown El Alamein project on the northern coast. The area includes the construction of a huge waterway, starting from the eastern lakes of El Alamein to the western lakes, and the transformation of the area into the “Island of El Alamein”, unlike the implementation of the first phase of the residential towers area, which includes the implementation of 4 Skyscrapers with a height of 200 m inside the island and a tower with a height of 300 m overlooking them. The project is scheduled to be delivered in June 2024
