مونوريل العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، والذي تبلغ تكلفته 1550 مليون يورو، ويتكون من 22 محطة بطول 56.5 كم، بلغت نسبة التنفيذ الحالية للأعمال الإنشائية 22.5%، والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية 18.85%.

ويشمل مسار مونوريل العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة محطات (الاستاد، الطيران، نوري خطاب، الحي السابع، ذاكر حسين، المحاربين القدماء، المشير طنطاوي، وان ناينتي، المستشفى الجوي، النرجس، الجامعة الأمريكية، الأندلس، النافورة، بيت الوطن، مسجد الفتاح العليم، R1، R2، R3، مدينة الفنون الجميلة، حي الوزارات، مسجد مصر، مدينة العدالة).

يهدف المونوريل إلى نقل مليون راكب يوميا من والى العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ومناطق شرق القاهرة مثل مدينة نصر و التجمع الخامس 

مونوريل العاصمة يأتي ضمن استراتيجية الدولة في التوسع نحو الشرق و يساهم المشروع  في رفع قيمة الأراضي و العقارات في العاصمة الأدارية الجديدة
